This beautiful tea is grown on the Wu Liang Mountain, an area that is part of a National Nature Reserve. Davidson's co-owner, Kunall Patel, visits their Chinese small farmers often in order to understand their cultivation practices.

The buds of Moonlight White are often plucked at dawn or dusk in cooler dewy conditions, sometimes even at dark, as farmers believe that the air’s high oxygen and energy levels combine to produce a tender, smoother tea-leaf taste.

Moonlight White (Loose Leaf) brews golden in the cup and carries a creamy, sweet flavor profile.
